Beginning July 1st 2010, the Lauderhill Enterprise Zone will expand to include the commercial properties on the west side of State Road 7. This Zone expansion will encourage economic growth and investment in this distressed area, therefore, tax advantages and incentives to businesses located within the Zone boundaries are being offered.
The State of Florida is offering tax credits for new construction, equipment purchases, and new employees hired within the Enterprise Zone.
