On January 10, the City Commission met for a CRA and Regular Commission Meeting. The following are notes of interest (all votes are unanimous unless otherwise indicated):
CRA MEETING:
1) REDEVELOPMENT CAPITAL PROGRAM - A report was given showing funds and when they must be used by for the benefit of private developers. Suggestions were given, and there are still opportunities for new developers.
2) INTERNATIONAL INCUBATOR AND MICRO LOANS - Program continues and is funded through 2012. Micro Loans may be re-opened.
3) ARTS CENTER AND RENAISSANCE PLAZA - A report was given.
4) NEW BUSINESS - None.
