2) Working with transportation operators to create a new short distance transportation system to service the State Road 7 CRA.

3) Working on legislation to reduce operational costs and environmental pollution of city assets, through requiring:

a) City Vehicles to be hybrid or use alternate fuels when cost effective and appropriate;
b) Existing Buildings to become more energy efficient through either the Energy Star program and/or LEED.

4) Seeking continuing funding to support and expand transit systems to serve Lauderhill.

5) Creating a county wide dedicated revenue source for matching Federal and State matching transportation projects.

6) Completing the study for alternatives for an interchange of the Turnpike at Oakland Park Blvd.
