The Arts Office has opened studio spaces in Lauderhill, FL.
Spaces are available in various sizes at a cost of $12 per square foot annualized. Choose a size to fit your budget - 24hr access and electricity included.
Join us in building a creative environment that balances a feeling of community with exhibitions and professional development opportunities. Be a part of our international network of artists and organizations. If you are a visual or performing artist interested in a studio space within an artist community in Broward, please contact us.
Interested artists must be juried to become resident artists by submitting a portfolio of representative work samples, an artist statement, resume and cover letter.

Or send materials by email to submissions@theartsoffice.net with a website link or jpeg images [PC compatible only]. Artist statement, resume and letter of intent must be Word documents.
The final review consists of an interview with the Executive Director, Tonietta Walters
