The latest numbers from the Property Appraisers Office have come out showing that Lauderhill is enjoying a 4.36% improvement in property values from 2012. Earlier this year it was stated as 5.1% and then 3.5%. So it is reasonably expected that the final value percentage improvement will continue to fluctuate until September.
In Safe Neighborhood Districts the change in valuation presently is,
WINDERMERE/TREE GARDENS SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD +9.6%
HABITAT SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD +14.41%
ISLES OF INVERRARY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD -1.65%
MANORS OF INVERRARY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD +23.69%
