YMCA College Tour Family and Student Requirements
Event date: March 21-28, 2014
Attend 3 mandatory Parent/Guardian and student meetings. All meetings will be held on a Tuesday evening at the Lauderhill Community YMCA.
Parent/Guardian and Student Orientation – January 14, 2014 – 6:00pm
Parent/Guardian and Student Meeting – February 18, 2014 - 6:00pm
Parent/Guardian and Student Final Meeting – March TBD – 1hr
$250 Members: (must be current in membership dues and/or regularly attend the YMCA After-School Program).
This includes charter bus transportation, hotel stay, t-shirt, bag, tour, journal and amusement park entry.
Meals-students are responsible to pay for all lunch and dinners for the duration of the trip. (suggested meal cost: $20/day = $160)
Payment Schedule: $50 non-refundable Fee due on November 29th; Second Payment December 20th; Third Payment January 17th and Final Payment February 14th.
