The Florida Department of Financial Services will host a Housing Help Workshop designed to educate and assist families facing foreclosure. The workshop will include opportunities to meet personally with mortgage lenders, HUD-certified housing counselors, Lauderhill Housing Authority, legal assistance, credit counseling services,and many other foreclosure assistance programs. Also receive information on home weatherization programs and tips for reducing home insurance premiums.
